유통산업발전법 시행령 제7조의7(관리규정의 제정ㆍ개정 방법)

① 법 제12조의6제1항에 따른 관리규정을 제정하려는 대규모점포등관리자는 법 제12조제3항에 따른 신고를 한 날부터 3개월 이내에 법 제12조의6제4항에 따른 표준관리규정(이하 "표준관리규정"이라 한다)을 참조하여 관리규정을 제정하여야 한다.

② 대규모점포등관리자는 관리규정을 개정하려는 경우 제안내용에 다음 각 호의 사항을 적어 입점상인의 3분의 2 이상의 동의를 얻어야 한다.

③ 대규모점포등관리자는 관리규정을 제정하거나 개정하려는 경우 해당 대규모점포등 인터넷 홈페이지에 제안내용을 공고하고 입점상인들에게 개별적으로 통지하여야 한다.

(3) When웬 intending인텐딩 to투 enact이낵트 or오 amend어멘드 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 regulations,^r레귤레이션즈 the^ð더 large-scale라지-스케일 store,스토 etc.엣세터^r러 manager매너저 shall섈 publicly퍼블리클리 announce어나운스 the^ð더 content칸텐트 of어^v브 the^ð더 proposal프^r러포우즐 on안 the^ð디 internet인터넷 website웨브사잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 large-scale라지-스케일 store,스토 etc.엣세터^r러 and앤드 individually인디^v비주얼리 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 tenant테넌트 merchants.머천츠

④ 대규모점포등관리자가 관리규정을 제정하거나 개정하려는 경우 입점상인의 동의자 수 산정방법 및 동의권 행사방법에 관하여는 제7조의2제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정을 준용한다.
