유아교육법 시행령 제9조의3(공립유치원 시설ㆍ설비의 분리)

① 교육감은 유아교육 수요와 통학 편의성 등을 고려하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 공립유치원의 시설ㆍ설비를 서로 다른 장소에 분리하여 둘 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 서로 다른 장소에 분리하여 두는 시설ㆍ설비는 각 장소에 두는 시설ㆍ설비별로 제8조에 따른 설립기준에 관한 사항을 충족해야 한다.

③ 제1항에 해당하는 시설ㆍ설비를 두는 장소 사이의 거리, 시설ㆍ설비를 두는 장소의 수 등 시설ㆍ설비의 분리에 필요한 기준은 교육감이 정한다.
