유아교육법 시행령 제7조의3(교육통계조사의 절차 및 결과 공개 등)

① 교육통계조사는 정기조사와 수시조사로 구분하여 실시한다.

② 정기조사는 매년 4월 1일과 10월 1일을 기준으로 실시하고, 수시조사는 교육부장관이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에 실시한다.

③ 교육부장관은 제2항에 따른 정기조사의 조사기준일 전에 표준화된 조사 분류 체계를 포함한 교육통계조사 지침을 확정하여 교육감 및 유치원의 장에게 통보하여야 한다.

(3) Before비^f포 the^ð더 survey서^v베이 reference^r레^f퍼^r런스 date데잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 regular^r레귤러 survey서^v베이 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 shall섈 finalize^f파이널라이즈 the^ð디 education에저케이션 statistics스터티스틱스 survey서^v베이 guidelines,가이들라인즈 including인클루딩 a어 standardized스탠더다이즈드 survey서^v베이 classification클래서^f퍼케이션 system,시스텀 and앤드 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 superintendents수퍼^r런텐던츠 of어^v브 education에저케이션 and앤드 the^ð더 principals프^r린서플즈 of어^v브 kindergartens킨더가튼즈 thereof.^ð데^r러^v브

④ 교육감 및 유치원의 장은 제3항에 따른 교육통계조사 지침에 따라 자료를 작성하여 제2항에 따른 조사기준일부터 30일 이내에 교육부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 superintendents수퍼^r런텐던츠 of어^v브 education에저케이션 and앤드 the^ð더 principals프^r린서플즈 of어^v브 kindergartens킨더가튼즈 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 data데이타 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð디 education에저케이션 statistics스터티스틱스 survey서^v베이 guidelines가이들라인즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) and앤드 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 within위^ð딘 30 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 survey서^v베이 reference^r레^f퍼^r런스 date데잇 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).

⑤ 교육부장관은 제4항에 따라 제출받은 자료의 수정 및 보완이 필요한 경우 교육감 및 유치원의 장에게 해당 자료의 수정 및 보완을 요청할 수 있다.

⑥ 교육부장관은 교육통계조사가 완료된 경우에는 그 결과를 교육부 인터넷 홈페이지에 게재하는 등 널리 보급할 수 있는 방법으로 공개해야 한다. <개정 2020.9.22>

⑦ 교육부장관은 교육통계에 관한 자료의 수집 및 관리를 위하여 교육통계에 관한 정보를 통합ㆍ연계하여 처리ㆍ기록 및 관리하는 시스템(이하 "교육통계조사시스템"이라 한다)을 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

⑧ 교육부장관은 교육통계의 발전을 위하여 국제기구ㆍ외국정부 또는 외국기관 등과 교류ㆍ협력할 수 있다.

⑨ 제1항부터 제8항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 교육통계조사에 관하여 필요한 사항은 교육부장관이 정한다.
