유아교육법 시행령 제36조(유치원의 폐쇄 등)

① 유치원의 설립ㆍ경영자는 관할청이 법 제32조제1항 또는 제3항에 따라 유치원의 폐쇄를 명한 경우에는 그 명령을 받은 날부터 3개월 이내에 재원생과 유치원 기본재산의 처리상황을 적은 서류와 학적부(學籍簿)를 관할청에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.6.21, 2019.8.6>

② 유치원의 설립ㆍ경영자는 관할청이 법 제32조제1항 또는 제3항에 따라 유치원의 운영정지를 명한 경우에는 그 명령을 받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 재원생의 처리상황을 적은 서류를 관할청에 제출해야 한다. <신설 2019.8.6>
