유아교육법 시행령 제35조(의견 제출)

관할청은 법 제30조제2항에 따라 유치원의 정원감축 등의 조치를 하려는 경우에는 10일 이상의 기간을 정하여 처분대상자에게 구술 또는 서면으로 의견을 제출할 기회를 주어야 한다. 이 경우 정당한 사유 없이 지정된 날까지 의견을 제출하지 아니하면 의견이 없는 것으로 본다.
