법 제23조에 따른 강사 등은 별표 1의 자격기준에 해당하는 사람 중에서 국립ㆍ공립유치원의 경우에는 원장이 임용하고, 사립유치원의 경우에는 법인 또는 사립유치원 경영자가 임용한다. 다만, 사립유치원의 경우에는 법인의 정관 등에서 정하는 바에 따라 그 임용 권한을 원장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2012.8.31>
