Pleasure Boat and Ferry Business Act, Article 4-2 (License Standards)

① 관할관청은 유ㆍ도선사업의 면허를 하려는 때에는 다음 각 호에 적합한지를 심사하여야 한다. 면허를 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

1. 유ㆍ도선사업 면허 신청자가 보유한 유선 또는 도선의 선령(船齡)이 대통령령으로 정한 기준에 적합할 것
