유류오염손해배상 보장법 제27조(국제기금에 대한 자료의 송부)

① 해양수산부장관은 제26조제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 보고를 받은 경우에는 그 내용을 산업통상부장관에게 통보하고, 국제기금협약 제15조제2항에 따른 사항을 적은 서면을 국제기금에 송부하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항에 따라 국제기금에 서면을 송부한 경우에는 그 서면에 기재된 유류수령인에게 국제기금에 통보한 분담유량을 알려야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
