유류오염손해배상 보장법 제20조(보장계약 증명서의 비치)

① 200톤 이상의 산적 유류를 화물로 싣고 운송하는 유조선은 보장계약 증명서를 선박 안에 갖추어 두어야 한다.

(1) A어 tanker탱커 that^ð댓 carries캐^r리즈 200 tons턴즈 or오 more모 of어^v브 oil오일 in인 bulk벌크 as애즈 cargo카고우 shall섈 keep킵 the^ð더 guarantee게^r런티 contract칸트^r랙트 certificate서티^f피컷 aboard어보드 the^ð더 ship.쉽

② 대한민국 국적을 가진 선박 외의 유조선 중 200톤 이상의 산적 유류를 화물로 싣고 국내항에 입항ㆍ출항하거나 국내의 계류시설을 사용하는 선박은 책임협약체결국인 외국이 그 선박에 대하여 보장계약이 체결되어 있음을 증명하는 책임협약부속서의 서식에 따른 서면 또는 외국이 책임협약 제7조제12항에 따른 증명서의 기재사항을 적어 발급한 서면을 그 선박 안에 갖추어 두어야 한다. <개정 2020.2.18>
