유료도로법 시행령 제14조(부가통행료의 부과ㆍ수납)
Enforcement Decree of the Toll Road Act, Article 14 (Imposition and Collection of Additional Tolls)
법 제20조제1항에서 "면탈 또는 할인받은 통행료의 10배의 범위안에서 대통령령이 정하는 부가통행료"라 함은 다음 각호의 어느 하나의 행위를 함으로써 면탈하거나 할인받은 통행료의 10배에 해당하는 금액을 말한다. <개정 2004.12.31>
"Additional tolls prescribed by Presidential Decree within 10 times the tolls evaded or discounted" in Article 20 (1) of the Act means an amount equivalent to 10 times the tolls evaded or discounted by committing any of the following acts:
1. 통행을 표시하는 증표(이하 "통행권"이라 한다)나 통행료의 납부수단으로 이용되는 카드 또는 기계장치를 위조 또는 변조하여 통행료를 면탈 또는 할인받는 행위
1. Forging or altering a certificate indicating passage (hereinafter referred to as a "toll ticket") or a card or mechanical device used as a means of toll payment to evade or obtain a discount on tolls;
2. 자신의 통행권을 타인의 통행권과 교환하여 통행료를 면탈 또는 할인받는 행위
2. Exchanging one's own toll ticket with another person's toll ticket to evade or obtain a discount on tolls;
3. 통행료의 감면대상자임을 증명하는 증표를 위조 또는 변조하여 통행료를 면탈 또는 할인받는 행위
3. Forging or altering a certificate proving that one is eligible for toll reduction or exemption to evade or obtain a discount on tolls;
4. 타인 소유의 통행료 감면대상자임을 증명하는 증표를 행사하여 통행료를 면탈 또는 할인받는 행위
4. Using another person's certificate proving that one is eligible for toll reduction or exemption to evade or obtain a discount on tolls; and
5. 그밖에 통행료를 납부하지 아니하고 유료도로를 통행하는 행위
5. Other acts of traveling on a toll road without paying tolls.
