Decree on the Registration of Toll Road Management Rights, Article 36 (Dismissal of Applications)

등록공무원은 다음 각호의 1에 해당하는 경우에는 이유를 기재한 서면으로써 신청을 각하하여야 한다. 다만, 신청의 흠결이 보정될 수 있는 경우에 신청인이 1근무일 이내에 이를 보정한 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
