노선의 지정 또는 인정에 의하여 관리청이 변경된 때에는 변경전의 관리청은 지체없이 새로운 관리청에 관련서류를 이송하여야 하며, 새로운 관리청은 관리청의 명칭 변경등록을 하여야 한다.
