유기성 폐자원을 활용한 바이오가스의 생산 및 이용 촉진법 시행령 제4조(생산목표율 등)

① 법 제5조제2항 각 호 외의 부분 및 같은 조 제3항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 생산목표율"이란 별표 1에 따른 장기 생산목표율, 연간 바이오가스 생산 현황, 생산목표율 달성도, 국내 바이오가스화 기술 수준 및 그 밖의 여건을 고려하여 기후에너지환경부장관이 정하여 고시하는 생산목표율(이하 "생산목표율"이라 한다)을 말한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 생산목표율을 바이오가스 생산목표연도의 전년도 12월 31일까지 매년 고시해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 기후에너지환경부장관은 5년마다 별표 1에 따른 장기 생산목표율의 타당성을 검토해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
