위험물안전관리법 시행령 제7조(군용위험물시설의 설치 및 변경에 대한 특례)

①군부대의 장은 법 제7조제1항의 규정에 의하여 군사목적 또는 군부대시설을 위한 제조소등을 설치하거나 그 위치ㆍ구조 또는 설비를 변경하고자 하는 경우에는 당해 제조소등의 설치공사 또는 변경공사를 착수하기 전에 그 공사의 설계도서와 행정안전부령이 정하는 서류를 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 국가안보상 중요하거나 국가기밀에 속하는 제조소등을 설치 또는 변경하는 경우에는 당해 공사의 설계도서의 제출을 생략할 수 있다. <개정 2008.12.17, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

②시ㆍ도지사는 제1항의 규정에 의하여 제출받은 설계도서와 관계서류를 검토한 후 그 결과를 당해 군부대의 장에게 통지하여야 한다. 이 경우 시ㆍ도지사는 검토결과를 통지하기 전에 설계도서와 관계서류의 보완요청을 할 수 있고, 보완요청을 받은 군부대의 장은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 이에 응하여야 한다. <개정 2006.5.25>
