위험물안전관리법 시행령 제18조의2(흡연장소의 지정기준 등)

1. 흡연장소는 폭발위험장소(「산업표준화법」 제12조에 따른 한국산업표준에서 정한 폭발성 가스에 의한 폭발위험장소의 범위를 말한다) 외의 장소에 지정하는 등 위험물을 저장ㆍ취급하는 건축물, 공작물 및 기계ㆍ기구, 그 밖의 설비로부터 안전 확보에 필요한 일정한 거리를 둘 것

1. 흡연장소는 구획된 실(室)로 하되, 가연성의 증기 또는 미분이 실내에 체류하거나 실내로 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 구조 또는 설비를 갖출 것
