위생용품 관리법 시행령 제12조(위생용품위생감시원의 자격, 임명 및 직무범위 등)
Enforcement Decree of the Hygiene Products Management Act, Article 12 (Qualifications, Appointment, and Scope of Duties of Hygiene Products Inspectors)
① 법 제26조에 따른 위생용품위생감시원은 식품의약품안전처장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 식품위생행정ㆍ보건위생행정ㆍ의료행정ㆍ약사행정 등에 관한 업무에 종사한 경험이 있는 소속 공무원 중에서 임명한다.
(1) Hygiene products inspectors under Article 26 of the Act shall be appointed by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, a Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si, Gun, or Gu from among public officials under his or her authority who have experience in work related to food sanitation administration, public health administration, medical administration, pharmaceutical administration, etc.
② 법 제26조에 따른 위생용품위생감시원의 직무범위는 다음 각 호와 같다.
(2) The scope of duties of hygiene products inspectors under Article 26 of the Act is as follows:
1. 법 제3조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 영업자 시설기준의 적합 여부의 확인ㆍ검사
1. Verifying and inspecting conformity of business operators' facilities to the standards under Article 3 (1) and (2) of the Act;
2. 법 제7조제1항에 따른 영업자의 준수의무 이행 여부 확인
2. Verifying compliance with the obligations of business operators under Article 7 (1) of the Act;
3. 법 제8조제2항에 따른 수입 위생용품의 검사
3. Inspecting imported hygiene products under Article 8 (2) of the Act;
4. 법 제9조에 따른 영업자의 위생교육 이행 여부에 대한 확인 및 지도
4. Verifying and guiding the performance of hygiene training by business operators under Article 9 of the Act;
5. 법 제11조에 따른 표시기준 및 법 제12조에 따른 허위표시 등의 금지의 위반 여부에 관한 단속
5. Cracking down on violations of the labeling standards under Article 11 and the prohibition of false labeling, etc. under Article 12 of the Act;
6. 법 제14조에 따른 출입ㆍ검사 및 검사에 필요한 제품의 수거
6. Entry and inspection under Article 14 of the Act and collection of products necessary for inspection;
7. 법 제16조에 따른 위생용품의 압류 또는 폐기
7. Seizure or disposal of hygiene products under Article 16 of the Act;
