법 제15조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에서 "소재불명 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유"란 다음 각 호의 사유를 말한다.
"Grounds prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as whereabouts being unknown" in the proviso of the part preceding the subparagraphs of Article 15 (1) of the Act means the following grounds:
1. 생부의 소재를 알 수 없는 경우
1. Where the whereabouts of the biological father are unknown;
2. 생부가 누구인지 알 수 없는 경우
2. Where it is unknown who the biological father is;
3. 생부가 확인을 거절하는 경우
3. Where the biological father refuses to confirm;
4. 그 밖에 생부에 의해 위기임산부와 그 태아 및 아동의 안전이 위협받을 우려가 있는 등 보건복지부장관이 정하는 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우
4. Other unavoidable grounds determined by the Minister of Health and Welfare, such as where the safety of the pregnant woman in crisis and her fetus and child is likely to be threatened by the biological father.
