원전비리 방지를 위한 원자력발전사업자등의 관리ㆍ감독에 관한 법률 제2조(정의)

1. "원자력발전산업"이란 원자력발전소를 이용한 전기의 생산, 원자력발전소의 설계ㆍ건설ㆍ정비ㆍ해체ㆍ수출 또는 원자력발전연료의 제조ㆍ공급과 관련된 산업을 말한다.

2. "원자력발전사업자"란 「전기사업법」 제2조제4호에 따른 발전사업자 중 원자력발전소를 이용하여 전기를 생산하는 사업을 영위하는 자를 말한다.
