원자력안전위원회의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제13조(회의)
Act on the Establishment and Operation of the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission, Article 13 (Meetings)
① 위원회의 회의는 2명 이상의 위원의 요구가 있는 때에 위원장이 소집한다. 다만, 위원장은 단독으로 회의를 소집할 수 있다.
(1) The chairperson shall convene meetings of the Commission when requested by at least two members. However, the chairperson may convene a meeting alone.
② 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
(2) Resolutions of meetings of the Commission shall be adopted with the concurrence of a majority of the incumbent members.
③ 위원은 의안을 제의할 수 있다.
(3) A member may propose a bill.
④ 위원회의 회의는 공개한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 위원회의 의결로 공개하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2015.12.1>
(4) Meetings of the Commission shall be open to the public. However, by resolution of the Commission, they may be closed to the public in any of the following cases:
1. 국가안전보장을 해칠 우려가 있는 경우
1. Where there is concern that national security may be harmed
2. 다른 법령에 따라 비밀로 분류되거나 공개가 제한된 내용이 포함되어 있는 경우
2. Where content classified as secret or restricted from disclosure under other statutes is included
3. 개인ㆍ법인 및 단체의 명예를 훼손하거나 정당한 이익을 해칠 우려가 있다고 인정되는 경우
3. Where it is recognized that there is concern about defaming individuals, corporations, or organizations or harming their legitimate interests
4. 감독ㆍ감사ㆍ인사관리 등에 관한 사항으로 공개하면 공정한 업무수행에 현저한 지장을 초래할 우려가 있는 경우
4. Where disclosure of matters concerning supervision, audit, personnel management, etc. is likely to significantly impede fair performance of duties

⑥ 위원회의 회의 운영과 관련하여 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 위원회규칙으로 정한다.
(6) Other matters necessary for the conduct of meetings of the Commission shall be prescribed by Commission regulations.
