Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission, Article 4 (Specialized Committees)

① 법 제15조에 따른 전문위원회(이하 "전문위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 전문위원회의 위원장은 전문위원회의 위원 중에서 위원회의 위원장이 지명하고, 전문위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 위원회의 위원장이 위촉하거나 임명한다.

③ 전문위원회 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

④ 전문위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 열고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 a어 specialized스페셜라이즈드 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurring컨커^r링 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 위원회는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 별도의 전문위원회를 구성하여 조사하게 할 수 있다.

1. 원자력 관계시설의 안전계통에서 중대한 사고가 발생한 경우

1. Where웨어 a어 serious시^r리어스 accident액서던트 has해즈 occurred어커드 in인 the^ð더 safety세이^f프티 system시스텀 of어^v브 a어 nuclear-related누클리어-^r릴레이티드 facility;^f퍼실리티

2. 방사선으로 인한 환경오염사고가 발생한 경우

2. Where웨어 an앤 environmental인^v바이^r런멘틀 pollution펄루션 accident액서던트 due두 to투 radiation^r레이디에이션 has해즈 occurred;어커드

3. 방사선에 의한 중대한 피폭사고가 발생한 경우

4. 제1호부터 제3호까지의 경우에 준하는 국외의 방사능 사고가 발생한 경우 또는 방사선오염이 확산되는 경우

⑥ 제5항의 전문위원회에 대해서는 제3항을 적용하지 아니한다.

(6) Paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) does더즈 not낫 apply어플라이 to투 a어 specialized스페셜라이즈드 committee커미티 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (5).

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 원자력안전위원회규칙으로 정한다.
