원자력안전법 제108조(비밀누설금지)

이 법에 따른 직무에 종사하거나 종사하였던 위원회의 위원 및 「원자력안전위원회의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률」 제15조에 따른 전문위원회의 위원 또는 공무원은 그 직무상 알게 된 원자력에 관한 비밀을 누설하거나 이 법의 시행을 위한 목적 이외에 이를 이용하여서는 아니 된다.
