원자력안전법 시행령 제162조(위탁업무취급자의 신고)

① 수탁기관이 위탁업무취급자를 선임(選任)한 경우에는 선임한 날부터 30일 이내에 위원회에 신고하여야 한다. 해임(解任)한 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 제1항의 신고서에는 선임한 위탁업무취급자의 성명ㆍ약력이나 면허 또는 자격, 취급하는 업무의 종류와 사무소 내 배치부서 등을 적어야 한다.
