Enforcement Decree of the Nuclear Safety Act, Article 155 (Approval, etc. of Entrusted Work Handling Regulations)

① 법 제111조제1항에 따라 업무를 위탁받은 기관(이하 "수탁기관"이라 한다)은 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 수탁업무처리규정을 정하여 위원회의 승인을 받아야 한다. 이를 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2025.10.21>
