법 제30조제1항의 규정에 의한 합동방재대책협의회의 장은 현장지휘센터의 장이 되며, 위원은 법 제28조제2항의 규정에 의하여 현장지휘센터에 파견된 공무원 또는 임직원중에서 각 분야별로 현장지휘센터의 장이 지명한 자가 된다.
