원자력손해배상 보상계약에 관한 법률 제7조(보상료)

보상료의 금액은 보상계약금액에 보상손실이 생길 가능성과 보상계약에 관한 정부의 사무처리비 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 요율을 곱한 금액에 해당하는 금액으로 한다.
