원자력손해배상 보상계약에 관한 법률 제15조(보상계약의 해지)

Act on Indemnification Agreements for Nuclear Damage Compensation, Article 15 (Termination of Indemnification Agreements)

① 정부는 보상계약의 상대방인 원자력사업자가 그 보상계약 및 보험계약에 의한 손해배상조치 외의 손해배상조치를 한 경우에는 그 보상계약을 해지할 수 있다. 그 원자력사업자가 그 보상계약의 해지를 신청한 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 정부는 보상계약의 상대방인 원자력사업자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 보상계약을 해지할 수 있다.

1. 배상법 제5조제1항을 위반한 경우

2. 보상료를 납입하지 아니한 경우

3. 제11조에 따른 보고를 하지 아니하거나 거짓 보고를 한 경우
