울산과학기술원법 제9조의5(다른 학교 교원의 파견)

「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교의 교원, 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교의 교원 및 다른 법률에 따라 설립된 고등교육기관의 교원에 대하여 그 임용권자는 영재교육 관련 연구 및 능력개발을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 기간의 제한을 두지 아니하고 과학영재학교에 파견할 수 있다.
