② 울산과기원이 정관을 변경하려면 과학기술정보통신부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2015.3.27, 2017.7.26>

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제2항에 따른 정관 변경의 인가를 하려면 미리 교육부장관의 동의를 받아야 한다. <개정 2015.3.27, 2017.7.26>
