울산과학기술원법 제22조(수익사업 등)

① 울산과기원은 교육ㆍ연구 활동에 지장이 없는 범위 안에서 수익사업을 할 수 있다. <개정 2015.3.27, 2017.7.26, 2022.1.11>

② 울산과기원은 목적 달성을 위하여 필요한 경우 제1항에 따른 수익사업을 수행하는 법인을 설립할 수 있다. 이 경우 법인의 독립성과 자율성은 보장된다. <신설 2022.1.11>

(2) UNIST유니스트 may,메이 where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 to투 achieve어치^v브 its잇츠 purpose,퍼퍼스 establish이스태블리시 a어 juristic주어^r리스틱 person퍼슨 that^ð댓 conducts컨덕츠 the^ð더 profit-making프^r라^f핏-메이킹 businesses비즈너시즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1). In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð디 independence인디펜든스 and앤드 autonomy오타너미 of어^v브 the^ð더 juristic주어^r리스틱 person퍼슨 shall섈 be비 guaranteed.게^r런티드

③ 제2항에 따른 법인은 기술의 이전 및 사업화, 창업지원 등 울산과기원의 목적 달성을 위하여 필요한 활동만을 수행하여야 한다. <신설 2022.1.11>
