우편법 시행규칙 제76조의3(우표류의 할인판매등)

①우체국은 별정우체국ㆍ우편취급국 및 판매인에게, 별정우체국은 우편취급국 및 국내판매인에게 우표류를 할인하여 판매할 수 있다. <개정 2014.12.4>

②제1항에 따른 우표류의 할인율은 다음 각 호의 범위에서 우정사업본부장이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2001.4.20, 2014.12.4>

③제1항에 따라 할인하여 판매한 우표류는 다음 각호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 우표류에 한하여 환매 또는 교환할 수 있다. <개정 2014.12.4>

(3) Stamps스탬프스 and앤드 similar시멀러 items아이텀즈 sold소울드 at앳 a어 discount디스카운트 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) may메이 be비 repurchased^r리퍼치스트 or오 exchanged익스체인지드 only온리 where웨어 they^ð데이 fall^f폴 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

④우정사업본부장은 제3항에도 불구하고 우표류의 원활한 보급을 위하여 특히 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 국내보급인 또는 국외보급인이 할인매수한 우표류를 교환할 수 있다. <개정 2001.4.20, 2014.12.4>

⑤판매인이 계약을 해지하거나 사망한 때에는 본인 또는 상속인은 그 잔여 우표류에 대하여 매수당시의 실제매수가액으로 계약우체국(국내보급인 및 국외보급인의 경우에는 우표류를 매수한 우체국)에 그 환매를 청구할 수 있다.
