Enforcement Decree of the Act on Postal Savings and Postal Insurance, Article 12 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Unique Identification Information)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관(제11조 또는 「우정사업 운영에 관한 특례법」 제17조에 따라 과학기술정보통신부장관의 권한을 위임받거나 우정사업을 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 각 호의 구분에 따라 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보(이하 이 조에서 "건강정보"라 한다)나 같은 법 시행령 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호(이하 이 조에서 "고유식별정보"라 한다)가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2023.9.12, 2024.10.22>
