우정사업 운영에 관한 특례법 시행령 제11조(예산의 이용 및 전용 범위)

① 법 제13조제1항에 따라 우편사업특별회계ㆍ우체국예금특별회계 세출예산 또는 우체국보험특별회계의 세출예산 각각의 총액 범위에서 각 과목 상호간에 이용(移用)하거나 전용(轉用)할 수 있는 범위는 회계연도마다 과학기술정보통신부장관이 기획예산처장관과 협의하여 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.12.30>

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 예산집행상 특히 필요한 경우에는 제1항에도 불구하고 기획예산처장관과의 협의를 거쳐 우편사업특별회계ㆍ우체국예금특별회계 세출예산 또는 우체국보험특별회계의 세출예산 각각의 총액 범위에서 각 과목 상호간에 이용하거나 전용할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.12.30>

③ 법 제13조제3항에 따라 본부장에게 위임할 수 있는 예산의 이용 및 전용에 관한 권한은 기획예산처장관이 정하여 각 중앙관서의 장에게 위임한 범위에서 과학기술정보통신부장관이 정하는 경비의 이용 및 전용으로 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.12.30>
