용산공원 조성 특별법 제52조(공공시설 등의 귀속)

① 용산공원조성지구 조성사업 또는 복합시설조성지구 조성사업에 따라 새로이 공공시설을 설치하거나 기존의 공공시설에 대체되는 새로운 공공시설을 설치한 때에는 「국유재산법」 및 「공유재산 및 물품 관리법」에도 불구하고 새로이 설치된 공공시설은 각각 국토교통부장관 또는 그 시설을 관리할 관리청에 무상으로 귀속된다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

② 공원조성사업시행자 또는 복합시설사업시행자는 용산공원조성지구 조성사업 또는 복합시설조성지구 조성사업이 완료되어 준공검사를 마친 때에는 국토교통부장관 또는 그 시설을 관리할 관리청에 제1항에 따라 무상 귀속되는 공공시설의 종류 및 토지의 세목을 통지하여야 한다. 이 경우 공공시설은 그 통지한 날에 해당 시설을 관리할 관리청에 각각 귀속된 것으로 본다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 공공시설을 등기하는 경우 「부동산등기법」에 따른 등기원인을 증명하는 서면은 제19조제6항(제30조제1항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 준공검사를 하였음을 증명하는 서면으로 갈음한다. <개정 2011.4.12, 2020.6.9>

(3) When웬 registering^r레지스터^r링 public퍼블릭 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 under언더 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (1) and앤드 (2), the^ð더 document다큐멘트 proving프^r루^v빙 the^ð더 cause카즈 of어^v브 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 under언더 the^ð더 Registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 Real^r릴 Estate이스테잇 Act액트 shall섈 be비 replaced^r리플레이스트 by바이 a어 document다큐멘트 certifying서터^f파이잉 that^ð댓 a어 completion컴플리션 inspection인스펙션 was워즈 conducted컨덕티드 under언더 Article아터클 19 (6) (including인클루딩 where웨어 applied어플라이드 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 under언더 Article아터클 30 (1)).
