용산공원 조성 특별법 제42조(비용부담)

① 용산공원 및 용산공원시설의 설치 및 유지ㆍ관리에 소요되는 비용은 국가가 부담하는 것을 원칙으로 한다. 다만, 필요시 서울특별시장과 협의하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 서울특별시로 하여금 그 일부를 부담하게 할 수 있다.

② 용산공원 또는 용산공원시설과 다른 공작물 등이 상호 그 효용을 겸하는 경우 용산공원 또는 용산공원시설의 관리에 소요되는 비용의 부담에 관하여는 국토교통부장관과 다른 공작물의 관리자가 협의하여 정하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
