용산공원 조성 특별법 제35조(임원 등)

① 관리센터에는 임원으로 이사장 1인을 포함한 7인 이내의 이사와 감사 1인을 둔다.

② 이사장은 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제29조에 따라 구성된 임원추천위원회의 추천을 받아 국토교통부장관이 임면한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

④ 이사장은 관리 센터를 대표한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Management매너지먼트 Center.센터

⑤ 감사는 관리센터의 회계 및 업무를 감사한다.

(5) The^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð디 accounts어카운츠 and앤드 business비즈니스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Management매너지먼트 Center.센터

⑥ 그 밖에 이사장과 이사의 임면ㆍ임기ㆍ직무, 감사의 임기 등 임원에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

⑦ 관리센터의 이익과 이사장의 이익이 상반되는 사항에 대하여는 이사장이 관리센터를 대표하지 못하며, 감사가 관리센터를 대표한다.

⑧ 직원의 임면 등 관리센터의 관리ㆍ운영을 위하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
