용산공원 조성 특별법 제19조(준공검사)

① 공원조성사업시행자는 용산공원조성지구 조성사업의 전부 또는 일부를 완료한 때에는 지체 없이 국토교통부장관의 준공검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따라 준공검사를 하는 경우 국토교통부장관이 제17조에 따라 의제되는 인ㆍ허가 등에 따른 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등에 관하여 제4항에 따라 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의한 사항에 대하여는 그 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등이 있은 것으로 본다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>

③ 공원조성사업시행자는 제2항에 따른 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등의 의제를 받으려는 경우에는 제1항에 따른 준공검사를 신청하는 때에 그 법률에서 정하는 관련 서류를 함께 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>

④ 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따라 준공검사를 하는 경우 그 내용에 제17조에 따라 의제되는 인ㆍ허가 등에 따른 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등에 해당하는 사항이 있는 때에는 미리 관계행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>

⑤ 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따른 준공검사를 한 때에는 위원회 및 관계 행정기관의 장에게 그 내용을 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

⑥ 국토교통부장관은 준공검사를 한 결과 용산공원조성지구 조성사업이 실시계획대로 완료되었다고 인정하는 때에는 공원조성사업시행자에게 준공검사서를 교부하고 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공사완료공고를 하여야 하며, 실시계획대로 완료되지 아니한 때에는 지체 없이 보완시공 등 필요한 조치를 명하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
