외국인학교 및 외국인유치원의 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 규정 제1조(목적)
이 영은 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제60조의2에 따른 외국인학교와 「유아교육법」 제16조에 따른 외국인유치원의 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 기본적인 사항을 정함을 목적으로 한다.
