Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Management of Outdoor Advertisements and Promotion of the Outdoor Advertisement Industry, Article 49 (Education for Persons Engaged in Outdoor Advertisement Business)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 법 제12조에 따른 교육을 받아야 한다. <개정 2016.7.6>

1. 신규로 옥외광고사업에 종사하려는 자

2. 옥외광고사업 종사자 및 법 제9조제2항에 따라 안전점검업무를 위탁받은 자

가. 관계 법령의 제정 또는 개정에 따라 시장등이 보수교육을 할 필요가 있다고 인정하는 경우

나. 시장등이 특히 필요하다고 인정하여 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐 교육을 하는 경우

② 제1항에 따른 교육을 위한 계획에 관하여 필요한 사항은 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 조례로 정한다.
