예술인 복지법 제4조의4(문화예술용역 관련 계약)

① 문화예술용역과 관련된 계약의 당사자는 대등한 입장에서 공정하게 계약을 체결하고, 신의에 따라 성실하게 계약을 이행하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.3>

② 제1항에 따른 계약의 당사자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 계약서에 명시하여야 하며, 서명 또는 기명날인한 계약서를 서로 주고받아야 한다.

③ 제5조에 따른 표준계약서를 사용하는 경우에는 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 계약을 체결한 것으로 본다.

④ 문화체육관광부장관은 문화예술기획업자등이 제2항을 위반한 경우 같은 항 각 호에 따른 계약서 명시사항의 기재, 서명 또는 기명날인한 계약서의 교부, 그 밖에 시정을 위하여 필요한 조치를 명할 수 있다. <신설 2019.12.3>
