예금자보호법 시행령 제8조(등기기간의 기산)

이 영의 규정에 의한 공사의 등기사항으로서 금융위원회의 인가 또는 승인을 얻어야 할 사항이 있는 때에는 그 인가 또는 승인에 관한 서류가 도달된 날부터 등기의 기간을 기산한다. <개정 2008.2.29>
