영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 제49조(비디오산업진흥위원회의 설치ㆍ운영)

①비디오산업의 진흥시책을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 영화진흥위원회 안에 비디오산업진흥위원회를 둔다.

②비디오산업진흥위원회는 위원장을 포함한 7인 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 Video^v비디오 Industry인더스트^r리 Promotion프^r러모우션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 seven세^v븐 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③비디오산업진흥위원회의 위원장은 위원 중에서 호선하고 비디오산업진흥위원회의 위원은 영화진흥위원회 위원과 비디오산업분야에 관하여 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 영화진흥위원회의 위원장이 위촉한다. <개정 2023.8.8>
