영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 제43조(제한상영가 영화의 상영 및 유통 제한)

①누구든지 제한상영관이 아닌 장소 또는 시설에서 제한상영가 영화를 상영하여서는 아니 된다.

②누구든지 제한상영가 영화와 동일한 영화를 비디오물 등 다른 영상물로 제작하거나 그 제작된 영상물을 상영ㆍ판매ㆍ전송ㆍ대여하거나 시청에 제공하여서는 아니 된다.
