영화진흥위원회는 영화진흥위원회규정을 제정ㆍ개정 또는 폐지하고자 하는 때에는 20일 이상 인터넷 등에 예고하여야 하며, 같은 규정을 제정ㆍ개정 또는 폐지한 때에는 지체 없이 이를 인터넷 등에 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2023.8.8>
