영재교육 진흥법 제11조(이수 인정 및 위탁교육)

① 영재교육대상자가 영재교육기관에서 이수한 영재교육과정의 전부 또는 일부에 대하여는 이에 상응하는 정규교육과정을 이수한 것으로 인정할 수 있다.

② 영재교육기관의 장은 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 해당 영재교육대상자에 대한 교육과정의 일부를 다른 영재교육기관이나 대학등에 위탁할 수 있다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 an앤 institution인스티투션 for^f포 education에저케이션 for^f포 the^ð더 gifted기^f프티드 finds^f파인즈 it잇 necessary,네서세^r리 the^ð더 head헤드 may메이 entrust엔트^r러스트 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 curriculum커^r리큘럼 for^f포 the^ð더 person퍼슨 eligible엘러저블 for^f포 education에저케이션 for^f포 the^ð더 gifted기^f프티드 to투 another어너^ð더 institution인스티투션 for^f포 education에저케이션 for^f포 the^ð더 gifted기^f프티드 or오 to투 a어 university,유너^v버서티 etc.엣세터^r러

③ 제2항에 따라 교육과정의 일부를 위탁받은 대학등의 장은 그 과정을 이수한 학생이 입학할 경우 학교규칙(이하 "학칙"이라 한다)으로 정하는 바에 따라 이를 학점으로 인정할 수 있다.

④ 제1항에 따른 이수 인정 및 제3항에 따른 학점 인정 등 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
