연안관리법 제34조의4(연안에 관한 교육ㆍ홍보)

① 국가 및 지방자치단체는 연안에 관한 국민의 관심과 이해를 높이고 효율적인 연안관리를 도모하기 위하여 교육ㆍ홍보프로그램의 개발 등 교육ㆍ홍보에 관한 시책을 수립ㆍ시행할 수 있다.

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항에 따른 교육ㆍ홍보를 추진하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 연안교육센터를 지정할 수 있다.

③ 연안교육센터의 지정 기준ㆍ절차 및 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 해양수산부령으로 정한다.
