연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 제69조의3(압류 등의 금지)

① 제16조의3제6항 및 제16조의7제13항에 따른 손해배상을 받을 권리 중 다른 사람의 사망 또는 부상으로 인하여 발생한 손해배상청구권은 양도하거나 압류할 수 없다.

② 제1항에 따라 양도 또는 압류가 금지된 손해배상청구권의 행사로 제69조의2제1항에 따라 지정된 계좌로 입금된 예금에 관한 채권은 압류할 수 없다.
