연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 제39조(경매 등에 따른 건축물등의 취득 등)

경매에 의하여 또는 그 밖의 법률에 따라 입주기관으로부터 교육ㆍ연구 및 사업화 시설구역의 건축물등을 취득한 자는 그 취득일부터 6개월 이내에 제37조에 따른 입주계약을 체결하여야 한다. <개정 2020.12.22>
