여신전문금융업법 시행령 제9조의3(신용카드등부가통신업의 등록절차)

① 법 제27조의2제1항에 따라 신용카드등부가통신업의 등록을 하려는 자는 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 등록신청서를 금융위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

② 신용카드등부가통신업의 등록신청의 방법ㆍ절차, 등록 심사 등에 관한 세부사항은 금융위원회가 정하여 고시한다.
