여성기업지원에 관한 법률 제15조(여성기업종합지원센터의 설치 등)

① 협회는 여성의 창업과 여성기업의 활동을 적극적으로 촉진하기 위하여 각종 정보 및 교육ㆍ훈련ㆍ연수ㆍ상담 등의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 여성기업종합지원센터(이하 "지원센터"라 한다)를 설치할 수 있다.

② 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 지원센터의 설치와 운영에 필요한 자금 등을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.27>

③ 지원센터의 설치와 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
