여성기업지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(지원센터의 운영)

① 지원센터의 대표는 지원센터의 이사회가 선임하되, 정관이 정하는 바에 따라 중소벤처기업부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2007.6.11, 2017.7.26>

(1) The^ð더 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 of어^v브 the^ð더 Support서포트 Center센터 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Support서포트 Center센터 and앤드 shall섈 obtain어브테인 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups스타텁스 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

② 지원센터의 조직과 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 지원센터의 정관이나 운영에 관한 규정으로 정한다.

(2) Matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 organization오거너제이션 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Support서포트 Center센터 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 or오 the^ð디 operating아퍼^r레이팅 regulations^r레귤레이션즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Support서포트 Center.센터

③ 중소벤처기업부장관은 법 제15조제2항의 규정에 의하여 지원센터에 자금을 지원하고자 하는 경우에는 예산에 이를 계상하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
